ZamaSU
ZamaSU is a South African community-based digital platform that connects customers with local service providers for various jobs, errands, and services.
ZamaSU may require:
Failure to provide verification may limit platform access.
Customer payments are held by ZamaSU in escrow until job completion or dispute resolution.
Once the customer confirms successful completion, funds are credited to the provider wallet.
ZamaSU is not a bank and wallet balances do not constitute bank accounts.
Providers may withdraw funds using approved payout methods.
Standard withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Instant withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
Refunds may be issued where:
Partial refunds may apply where partial work was completed.
Platform fees may be non-refundable.
Disputes may be reviewed by ZamaSU staff and/or community-appointed administrators.
Users agree that ZamaSU may make binding decisions regarding:
Customers and providers may rate one another.
ZamaSU reserves the right to remove misleading, abusive, or fraudulent reviews.
Users may not:
Community moderators may assist in maintaining trust, reviewing disputes, and enforcing platform rules.
ZamaSU acts as a platform intermediary and does not directly provide services listed by providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZamaSU shall not be liable for:

All platform branding, logos, designs, and software remain the property of ZamaSU (Pty) Ltd.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
ZamaSU may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
